General Terms and Conditions
The following conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Valid from 09.07.2026.
1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
For Austria: In the terms below, the term "consumer" is to be understood as "Konsument" within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
For Germany: Consumers within the meaning of section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Panaceo International GmbH.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the basket without obligation at first and can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the basket by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Contract language, storage of contract text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Delivery terms
4.1 Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Austria and Germany is free of charge for orders of €50 including VAT or more.
4.2 Delivery options
We dispatch the products to the delivery address specified during the order process.
We deliver only by dispatch. Unfortunately, collection by the customer is not possible.
We do not deliver to Packstations.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.
5.2 Due date and default in payment
The price is due upon conclusion of the contract unless a later time arises from the payment terms below.
In the event of default in payment, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of €1.50 for the second and each subsequent reminder. You remain entitled to prove that a lesser loss has arisen. Further claims remain unaffected.
5.3 Payment methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Advance payment
If you choose advance payment, we will provide our bank details in a separate email and will dispatch the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit card
During the order process you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
SEPA Direct Debit
By placing the order you grant us a SEPA Direct Debit mandate. We will inform you of the date on which your account will be debited (so-called pre-notification). Upon submission of the SEPA Direct Debit mandate we instruct our bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically and your account is debited. The debit takes place before dispatch of the goods.
PayPal
During the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, log in with your credentials and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. Further information is provided during the order process.
PayPal may offer further payment options in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. We have no influence on the offering of these options; any further individually offered payment options concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information on this can be found in your PayPal account.
Electronic Payment Standard (EPS)
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PSA Payment Services Austria GmbH, Handelskai 92, Gate 2, 1200 Vienna, Austria in cooperation with the Austrian banks ("Electronic Payment Standard (EPS)"), you must have a bank account enabled for online banking with an Austrian credit institution, authenticate accordingly and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
Apple Pay
To be able to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have the Apple Pay function activated, authenticate with your access data and authorise the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
Invoice
You pay the invoice amount after receipt of the goods and the invoice by bank transfer to our bank account. We reserve the right to offer purchase on account only after a successful credit check.
6. Retention of title
The product remains our property until paid for in full.
7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or to contact us has no consequences for your statutory claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurer.
8. Warranty and guarantees
Statutory liability for defects applies.

9. Liability
We are always liable without limitation to consumers resident in Austria.
Otherwise, the following applies: For claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation
- in the event of injury to life, limb or health,
- in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence on our part, or on the part of our legal representatives or vicarious agents, liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

11. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), which you can find here (opens in a new window).
Important note: The platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) will be finally discontinued on 20.07.2025. The submission of complaints on the ODR platform will therefore already be discontinued on 20.03.2025. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Should individual clauses of these Terms and Conditions be wholly or partly invalid, the contract shall remain otherwise valid. Insofar as individual clauses are invalid, the content of the contract shall be governed by the statutory provisions.
